How the application process works and what to expect after you book.
All paid sessions at The Phoenix Rose Experience use an application-based booking process. You do not book a time slot and pay upfront. You submit a simple application first.
This process protects both you and Kimberly. She meets you in the field before she meets you on the call.
50% of the session fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your approval timestamp.
The 24-hour window begins from the time you receive your approval confirmation, not from the time of your scheduled session. This policy exists to protect Kimberly's time and energy, which she allocates to each client before and during the session.
If you need to reschedule (rather than cancel), please reach out as early as possible. Rescheduling within a reasonable window is handled with care, and Kimberly will do her best to find a time that works for both parties.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact Kimberly in advance, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund will be issued.
Only your first name (or initials) and email address are required to apply. You are not asked for your last name, address, phone number, or any other personal information as part of the initial application. Additional information may be requested only if it is relevant to the specific session type and at Kimberly's discretion.
Under no circumstances is Kimberly given a reason for your application or any details about your situation while your application is pending. This holds for every paid session, without exception.
Once your application is accepted and a session date and time is set, you will be communicating directly with Kimberly, and it is only then that you may choose to share context ahead of your session if you wish to. Nothing is shared with her, and nothing is required of you, before that point.
All sessions are currently priced at $200 USD or $200 CAD for 60 minutes. Your price will be confirmed in your approval message. Currency options will be clarified at that time.
